I've used this company for two years in a row now, no problems. I can order when I open my last set of lenses (fortnightly) and the new ones turn up plenty of time to change them. I also get regular discount codes, although not for much, everything helps.

Ordered on the 14/01/12, half of order turned up the following week, still waiting for other half.
I have emailed them FIVE times about the rest of my order and up to press they have not got back to me.
AVOID.

If I could it would be less than zero stars. This company is a Mickey Mouse organisation. They can't deliver within there own delivery estimates to save their lives. I ordered from them on the 25 Feb. After not having received any delivery or feedback I called them on 4 March. The person said I will contact my procurement team and let you know by email within 24 hours. Next morning email says 'I have flagged my procurement team and will give you exact info about shipment by tomorrow'. Well as they say TOMORROW NEVER COMES. I called back again on 8 March and again this customer service robot says we are still waiting for supplies to be delivered. I told him to refund my money and stick the lenses where the sun dont shine. Since this episode I have been looking on various review sites and this company have been at this game since at least 2008. Give it a very wide berth or be sorry.

Never dont buy from this supplier track order not working you can try,never know when you can get lenses they dont tell you, wait 2 weeks no email,no call, nothing.Afte try to refund my money wait again 2weeks and always get answer on the call do not worry. Time waister,dont trust........
